Question No. 9. The lower trace of sandstone bed of 20 m thick outcrops at point ‘P’. it has a dip of 5o N20W. It is overlain by shale and underline by limestone. Trace the outcrop, mark the beds, describe the geology of the area. 

Question No. 10. The lower bedding plane of sandstone outcrops at ‘P’. Sandstone has a thickness of 20 m. it dips at an angle of 10o due west. The Sandstone is overlain by shale and underlain by conglomerate. The youngest bed of the sequence is Limestone. The thickness of the shale is 20 m. Trace the outcrop, mark the beds, describe the geology of the area.    


Question No. 11. A thin coal seam outcrops at three different altitude 60m, 50m & 20m respectively. Trace the outcrop, describe the topography of the area. Comment on the trend of the outcrop.
